Priserne vil gælde såfremt at man har et abonnement med inkluderet indhold. I de fleste abonnementer er der inkluderet indhold som kan anvendes i EU. Overstående takster vil gælde, fra når man har anvendt sit inkluderet indhold i EU. Priserne er angivet inkl. moms.

Ved modtagelse af opkald afregnes der pr. påbegyndt sekund. Der er ingen opkaldsafgift. Sendte og modtagede MMS-beskeder afregnes efter anvendt data-forbrug. Der takseres for min. 10 kB. I gennemsnit bruges der 75-250 kB pr. MMS-besked. I EU er det gratis at modtage SMS og MMS. Alle priser er inkl. moms. Der afregnes altid minimum 30 sekunder pr. foretaget opkald og herefter pr. påbegyndt sekund.

Gældende for Norden: Norden forstås som hjemmemarkedet. Norden omfatter Danmark, Sverige, Finland og Norge. Har du et abonnement med inkluderet indhold, vil du altid kunne anvende den fulde datamængde i Norden. Har du f.eks. 5GB data, vil du kunne bruge 5GB i Norden.
Ved et forbrugsafregnet abonnement vil det være de normale pristakster i det pågældende land som vil være gældende.

Beløbsgrænsen for alle kunder er 450 kr. Når du har brugt data for 450 kr., bliver din dataforbindelse spærret. Du bliver informeret via SMS, når du nærmer dig 450 kr., så du ved, at du er ved at nå grænsen.

I forhold til data kan du anvende enten alt data eller en del af den inkluderede data i alle EU lande såsom Tyskland, Frankrig og Italien uden at skulle betale ekstra. I Norden og Baltikum vil du altid kunne bruge den fulde datamængde.

I forhold til hvor meget data som du specifikt kan bruge i EU afhænger derfor af dit abonnement. Til orientering vil du ved ankomst på et udenlandsk netværk i en modtage en velkomst SMS, hvori du vil blive oplyst hvad der gælder for dig og dit abonnement. Bemærk at vores mobilt bredbåndsabonnementer, fortsat ikke vil kunne anvendes uden for Danmark.

Kan man ringe fra Tyskland til et sydafrikansk telefonnummer, uden mertakst?

Er der 4G dækning i hele EU?

Der er 4G i alle lande inden for EU, men specielt i Syd Europa er 4G-dækningen begrænset til de større byer.

Du skal være opmærksom på at oplevelsen med brug af data mange steder i Europa er langt fra det du er vant til i Danmark, fordi specielt 4G-dækningen generelt er ringere end i Danmark.

Når du er i et land udenfor EU, er det dig, der betaler for de opkald, du får fra Danmark. Her betaler du for to opkald, der finder sted næsten samtidigt:

Hvad gør jeg for at undgå at blive opkrævet for to opkald på samme tid?

Etabler ubetinget viderestilling (i stedet for betinget viderestilling): Samtlige opkald til mobiltelefonen viderestilles nu direkte til telefonsvareren i Danmark. Med denne ubetingede viderestilling, vil du dog ikke modtage opkald i udlandet, men du kan godt selv foretage opkald fra udlandet. Læs i manualen til din mobiltelefon hvordan du gør.

Data kan være dyrt i udlandet (især uden for EU) - Så tjek altid priserne inden du tager til udlandet.

Kan det betale sig at købe simkort i udlandet?
Rejser du inden for EU, så kan det næsten ikke betale sig, da priserne stort set er ens med de nye EU regler.

Rejser man uden for EU i længere tid, kan det være en god ide, at undersøge om det kan betale sig med et ekstra simkort til brug i udlandet. Minutprisen for at tale i mobil uden for EU kan løbe op i 30 kroner og dataprisen for 1 MB kan løbe op i over 100 kroner.

Undersøg på dit rejsemål, hvad et simkort koster - Det er ofte muligt at få et meget billigt simort med en del data, så du kan gå på internettet.

Wifi
Husk, at du også vil have mulighed for at koble dig på billig eller gratis Wifi i udlandet, og dermed gå på internettet via det - du kan naturligvis også sende beskeder via Messenger-tjenester eller føre samtaler, både tale og video, over Wifi.
Det er uden tvivl den bedste og billigste løsning, hvis du skal i kontakt med familien der hjemme.

Standard-smileys, som denne blinke smiley ;-) fylder 3 tegn. Men hvis du bruger de "humørikoner" eller "emojies", som kan hentes til de fleste smartphones, så kan de fylde en del mere - en enkelt "emojies" kan endda fylde mere end én SMS. Hvis du sender SMS'er fra udlandet, så er det en god idé at holde sig til de gode gamle smileys :-)
